2. Purpose of Data Processing

At Pretty Clean we process the information provided by users for the following purposes:

  • Managing enquiries and information requests received via the contact form, email or WhatsApp.
  • Managing quote requests and the subsequent provision of our cleaning services.
  • Sending commercial communications, newsletters or news about our services, provided we have the user's explicit consent.

No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.

3. Legal Basis

The legal basis for processing your data is the explicit consent you grant us by accepting this privacy policy before sending us your data through the contact form or when requesting a quote.

4. Data Retention

Personal data provided will be retained for as long as the business relationship is maintained or until you request its deletion. Once the relationship has ended, data will be kept blocked for the legally established periods before deletion.

5. Recipients

Your data will not be shared with third parties, except where legally required. To provide our services, we need to share data with the following providers under their respective privacy conditions:

  • Email: Google Workspace (Google LLC).

You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether Pretty Clean is processing personal data concerning you.

You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of processing of your data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defence of claims.

You may exercise your rights by sending an email to hola@prettyclean.es, properly identifying yourself and expressly stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you consider that your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Data Origin

The personal data we process at Pretty Clean comes directly from the user through the forms available on the website, email or WhatsApp. The categories of data processed are: identification data (name, surname) and contact data (email address, telephone). No specially protected data is processed.
